Hello weekend. I am currently enjoying a delicious mix of champagne and cider. It taste like a rainy autumn day. So good. These pork chops were easy to make. I would make sure you let them get a big crusty on the outside. It’s where the flavor is being held. I found the recipe on Jo Cooks. Its a really great site with lots of dishes that are quick for the rushed evenings.
- 6 pork chops
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 2 tbsp dijon mustard.
- 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
- 1 tbsp dry marjoram leaves. I used that mixed with some dried thyme.
- salt and pepper to taste
Add all the ingredients (minus pork chops) to a bowl and whisk until well mixed.
Add the pork chops to abaking dish and pour the marinade over the pork chops. Make sure they are covered in the mix. Marinade for 1-3 hours. If your making this for the next night, marinate it for up to 24 hours.
Preheat oven to 425 F degrees.
Remove plastic wrap and bake them for about 20 mins covered with foil and 20 mins uncovered, or until done.
